The Next Council meeting is Slated to hold on the 19th of October 2016.

Members are invited to submit papers on the theme “Mapping and the Extractive Industry”.  These are to reach the website and e-mail addresses indicated below before 25th November, 2016. Acceptance of proposed papers will be communicated not later than 20th January, 2017
Conditions for Acceptance of Papers
The following conditions will guide the final acceptance of full papers:

1. Papers must be well researched, well-written.
2. Full text of papers should be submitted in Microsoft Word, Times Roman 12pts font size, and 1.5 spacing, on A4 sized paper, and not more than 14 pages are expected to reach the National Secretariat not later than 25th November, 2016 through
3. All authors of accepted or unaccepted papers will be informed in writing not later than 20th January, 2017 through their given email addresses.
4. Authors of accepted papers will be required to submit Power Point presentations to the designated email addresses or by Flash-Drives to the National Secretariat not later than 20th March,  2017.
It is important to note that any paper received after the scheduled dates will not be treated, and the Secretariat shall not accept liability for failed email deliveries.

Technical Exhibition

Prospective Exhibitors are invited to participate at the Technical Exhibition of the AGM/Conference.  The NIS exhibition has become a veritable platform for introducing new range of products and services, marketing and networking both locally and internationally.
